TRANSPARENCY MATTERS
Your privacy, respected.
Launch draft · Last updated 24 October 2026
1. What we collect
When you create an account, we process your contact details, education, qualifications, skills, and NYSC deployment information. Documents may include your CV and call-up letter. Private verification evidence can include an NYSC ID, business registration, representative authorization and NYSC workplace evidence; these additional verification files are not attached to application emails. Payment references and transaction status are recorded; card details are handled by Paystack.
2. Why we use your information
We use your information to authenticate your account, prepare approved applications, submit documents to selected organizations after verified payment, track delivery, support your account, and prevent abuse. Consent to document sharing is collected separately for each application.
3. Who receives your information
Your approved application details and documents are sent to the selected organization’s verified recruitment channel. Service providers include Supabase for authentication and private storage, Paystack for payments, and Resend for transactional email. Providers may process information outside Nigeria; the operator must document applicable transfer safeguards before launch.
4. Document protection
Documents are stored privately, validated, and scanned before use. Authorized download links expire after 60 seconds. Employer access is restricted to applications submitted to their verified organization. Once documents have been transmitted by email, the recipient controls their own copy and retention.
5. Your rights and choices
You can update your profile and delete unused documents through your dashboard. You can request account deletion or access, correction, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent by opening a support ticket. Withdrawal does not undo sharing already completed or processing required to retain financial records.
6. Retention and deletion
Unsubmitted documents can be deleted directly. Documents associated with applications and financial records require a retention review. Account deletion requests are tracked by support, and statutory retention obligations may affect deletion timing. The operator must adopt a documented retention schedule before accepting live users.
7. Cookies and local storage
Essential session cookies keep you signed in securely. Saved placement listings are stored against your authenticated account. Company information is not available to anonymous visitors. We do not use advertising trackers in this implementation.
8. Questions and complaints
Contact support for privacy requests or concerns. You may also contact the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. This launch draft must be reviewed by the platform operator, including identifying the controller and privacy contact, before production use.
